At DoorNamePlates.artsNprints.com, every door name plate is custom-made as per your approved design and order details. To maintain quality, accuracy, and fairness, we follow a transparent returns and refund policy.

1. No Returns on Custom Orders

• Since all products are personalized (name, design, material, size, font, language), returns are not accepted once production begins.

• Please review your pre-production design carefully before approval.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be cancelled before design approval.

• Once approved, the order is sent into production and cannot be cancelled.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If your order arrives damaged or defective due to transit, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

• After verification, we will replace the item at no extra cost.

• Damaged packaging alone does not qualify for replacement if the product inside is intact.

4. Wrong Product Delivered

• In rare cases where the wrong product is delivered, we will arrange a free replacement immediately.

5. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The order is cancelled before design approval, or

  • We are unable to produce/deliver the order due to technical reasons.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

6. Bulk Orders

• For hotels, offices, or institutions placing bulk orders, strict pre-approval of designs is required to avoid errors. Refunds are not applicable after production.
