1. Products & Customization

• We specialize in custom-made door name plates available in brass, stainless steel, titanium, acrylic, wooden, granite, leather, plastic, fiber, eco-friendly, and other durable raw materials.

• Customers can select from 100+ design templates or request personalized sizes, fonts, colors, and layouts.

• Pre-production drawings* or previews* are shared for approval to ensure error-free customization.

2. Ordering & Payments

• Orders can be placed online through DoorNamePlates.artsNprints.com.

• Payment must be completed in advance via secure third-party gateways. We do not store payment details.

• Bulk orders may qualify for special discounts (contact us for pricing).

3. Dispatch & Delivery

• Standard dispatch timeline: 5–7 working days after design approval.

• Door delivery is available across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Vizag, Mumbai, Pune, Dehradun, Assam, and all major Indian cities.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier availability.

4. Returns & Refunds

• As all name plates are custom-made, cancellations and refunds are not applicable once production begins.

• Damaged or defective items due to transit will be replaced at no extra cost if reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).

5. Warranty & Maintenance

• Our products are made with cutting-edge technology ensuring durability and resistance to Indian weather conditions.

• Proper cleaning and handling instructions will be provided with each product. Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or improper installation.

6. Installation

• All orders include standard fittings.

• We provide installation guidance, but professional installation is recommended for larger plates.
